Sometimes after the industry is up and running, man made structures like flyovers, highrise buildings surrounding the industry site may affect the Vastu. So those need to be analyzed and respective measures must be taken.
There should not be any canal in the south, west, and southwest directions. If there is any water passage in these directions, it can lead to severe losses. So necessary corrections are must.
Brahmasthana or The Center of Plot
The squares that are present in the center of the Vastu grid are collectively called the Brahmasthana region (central 9 in the case of 81 squared grid, the most commonly used grid). This part is very sensitive.
So, Constructing heavy structures, keeping heavy machinery, digging wells, and depressions in this part of the industrial site are completely restricted.
Avoid constructions of walls, pillars, and beams on the energy lines passing through the Brahmasthana. These energy lines are called Axis lines or Sutras.

It is recommended that the water tank must be constructed on a raised platform as per the Vastu Shastra rather than directly constructing it from the roof.
Vastu for Factory Shed
Factory shed needs to be well designed following the guidelines of Vastu shastra, Following all the necessary guidelines will benefit the owner by having prosperous growth, high productivity, and profits.

Production block as per Industrial Vastu
Southwest direction is the best side for the construction of the production block. It is a highly recommended point as per the Vastu for factory as this direction suits well to get high productivity and huge profits.
Another simple point to note is all the buildings must be either square or rectangular shapes but not in any other shape.
Also, the constructed building must not touch the compound walls of the sides.

Wells, Underground water storage, and Borewells in Factory
All the good water bodies, whether it may be a bore wells or water storage tanks, or wells, they must be constructed in the Northeast direction while doing Vastu for factory.
However, care should be taken that these structures must not fall in the area that occurs between the Axis lines from northeast side of the main building to the northeast side of the plot and axis line running from southwest to northeast of the plot.
Both the axis lines or the space between them must be avoided to construct any water bodies. The rest of the space in the northeast corner can be used.
Also, avoid digging any water bodies southwest part of the industry.
Septic Tank and its Directions
The best place to keep a septic tank is in the Northwest direction either towards the North side or the West side but not on the Northwest
The pit that is dug for the septic tank must be at ground level. Simply it should be completely present inside the ground. The walls of the septic tank should not be raised above ground level.
The septic tank must be constructed maintaining a distance from the boundary wall, walls of the buildings, and even from the foundation region.
Rest of the directions are not good for the construction of the septic tank.
Toilets in Factory as per Vastu
Place the toilets in the Northwest or western corner of your Factory.
If it is a large scale industry then place the main toilets as mentioned above and within each block place the toilets on NorthWest or West side of that building.
Never place the toilets in the Northeast and Southwest directions of the plot as it can lead to disturbances and an unpeaceful office environment.
Placement of Garbage Storage Units
For garbage storage, South, West, Southwest, Southeast towards South, Northwest towards West are good as per the rules of Vastu for factory.
All the other sides and directions must be avoided as placing garbage in those directions will lead to instability in business, disturbances, and management disputes.

Industrial Vastu guidelines while Construction
All the building materials like the bricks, sand and other materials used in the construction must be placed on the Southwest side South, or West sides of the land.

First of all, inspect the land. If you find any articles that disturb your mind like coal, bones of animals, hair, or such inauspicious things, then remove them as per Vastu Shastra guidelines.
Do sprinkle the turmeric and sandal waters over the site worshiping God Shiva and Vastu Purusha to bestow their grace on the site.
